- Q: Can I custom order a cemetery arrangement?
- A: In order to maintain great values for all customers, we do not accept custom orders. However, we welcome suggestions for designs that we do not currently carry. Please feel free to email us at requests@remembranceinbloom.com with your suggestions.
- Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
- A: We ship each order received within 24 hours of receipt Mon-Thurs and the following Monday for any orders received on Fri-Sun. All goods shown on the website are in stock for immediate shipping. Once it has been shipped you can track your order on www.fedex.com.
- Q: How do I know my product will arrive in good condition?
- A: At Remembrance in Bloom, our promise to you is that your flowers will arrive ready to display right out of the box. We won't ask you to reshape it or fix bent flowers caused by jamming the arrangement in too small of a box.
