Store Policies - Satisfaction with your on-line purchase is guaranteed.
- Please email us at ribcs@remembranceinbloom.com about any concerns you have with your order. Please include your order number and the product number of the item in question.
- Product returns must be made in original packaging in original condition within 5 days of receipt. Product must be returned by a trackable shipping method such as UPS ground or FedEx ground and must have a Return Authorization number visible on the shipping label.
- Return Authorization numbers will be provided by email.
- Refunds will be issued for the value of the product only less shipping and handling.
- Remembrance in Bloom products may not be returned at any Old Time Pottery retail store.
